The way in solving problem.

Everyone has their own way in solving or tricking the problems and also with my friends at this campus. In studying, there must be have a lot of problems. They must be do everything to overcome the problem in good or bad way. Let's check my conversation out with them.

Do you prefer Mr. A class (kind man and always give a good score to all the students; your attendance is not really needed because even he comes to the class rarely; you will get nothing in knowledge but big thing in score) or Mrs. B class(we call her the killing machine; very discipline; you have to come every schedule of the class; you will get the lot of knowledge, but there is no guarantee about your score)?? They teach the same subject this semester.
Student A: Of course Mr. A.. I don't want to study it twice.
Student B: Mr A.. The most important thing for me is getting an A score.
Student C: Mr A..Enjoy the class!!
Student D: Mrs B. Because the schedule shows that Mrs. B will teach at B class and unfortunately I come to B class. Oh my God, this is kind of suffering thing.

Those are the fact what is happening so far and this is real. There is no one choose knowledge better that score. They are solving a short term problem but not the long term one. What a big false!!

A nation is determined by two people. They are leaders and teachers. A teacher is a noble job because a teacher is what will create qualified human resources.

Teachers give science, educate students, making them a useful person. In addition, the teacher is an example for every student. FKIP UNTAN is an institution that educates students to become professional teachers. However, many students do not have aspirations to become a teacher. In this case, whether graduates FKIP absolutely must be a teacher or are there another profession that may be undertaken through this education? Student A :

In my opinion, education in FKIP is not absolutely make students become teachers! That’s right the institutionnamed distinguished teachers college course, but sometimes many are moving on track. However, it is suggested to be able to become teachers.

Student B :

No, education in FKIP is not absolute concentrated in educating students become teachers. Standards of education imaginable in FKIP not yet reached the standard for the teaching profession substantive. In FKIP, many students who do not aspire to become a teacher. Like my friend, he signed up to FKIP english is not tobe english teachers, but to deepen his knowledge of the English language for easy later he worked at the bank.

Student C :

FKIP Graduates do not have to be a teacher. Being a teacher requires knowledge and skill. Many of the graduates of FKIP which does not become a teacher. For example, there are who work in a bank, in the office (Department of Education, LPMP, Bapeda, etc.). In FKIP student is not absolutely educated to become a teacher because many courses that teach about various things. e.g business correspondence. So, back to the individual students themselves. If they want to become a teacher, it's ok, but if you do not want to be a teacher was not anything. Importantly, during college in FKIP follow the existing rules in FKIP.

Teachers, beside as persons who transfer knowledge, they also have to be model for their students. It is easy if we just give knowledge that we have. However, to be a model, it is hardly to do. Therefore, it is very necessary to give moral education to a teacher so that proper to be model for student’s attitude. FKIP UNTAN is an institute to create professional teachers. So, necessarily FKIP can give priority in moral education that can create the graduate as a paragon. Than, can the education system in FKIP to do that? Let’s see FKIP students’ opinion about this..

Student A :

1.      In my opinion, in fact, it is not very precise because there are still many who do not fit its output. Anyway the system in FKIP, I have not quite understand. Is it going well or not. According to my observation, this system is not very effective because many troubled and confused! For example, many students who feel aggrieved by the arbitrary action as a lecturer, arrived late for an hour. Students waiting for lecturers come. Lecturer who teaches a good example of creating a product or a good teacher, does not provide a good example to students.

Student B :

FKIP not yet implemented a system that educates students to become a role model because of concern that FKIP gives to students have not reached the standards properly. Students are only taught how to teach subjects to students but, to real educate, I guess it has not been implemented by the FKIP.

Me: What is your plan for your future???
Student A:
I have no idea about the plan for the next. The only thing I'm thinking of right now is I have to finish my study as soon as possible.

                                        
 Me: Do you really want to study for being a good teacher???
Student B:
Actually I don't really like the subjects I have learned or I'm learning at this time. I want to be a teacher because the salary is really great.
 Student C:
Do you think I want to be a teacher?? That's not my skill. I just like English andwant to learn about it. There is no other choice for bachelor degree at this town except this place.
 Student D:
My kin asked me to be a teacher. They gave several logic reasons. My parents suggested me to go to this campus. I don't really like teaching. The most thing I like is computer
